foss4g.org has wrong url for FOSS4G 2006

Description
It's using an old url foss4g2006.org which now points at a Japanese Hair club for men site.
Should be pointing at 2006.foss4g.org

I should add to this. Perhaps it would be a good idea to give Jody Garnett access to this repo since he is part of the marketing arm of OSGeo and was the one that alerted of this issue.

It appears the OSGeo does not own foss4g2006.org, likely never transferred from the local committee. There is no way to change this unless we find a way to buy that old domain.

Looks like Jeff fixed this issue 2 weeks ago so I'll close this out.

Looks like foss4g.org is under git access
https://git.osgeo.org/gogs/foss4g/foss4g.org.git
but I don't have access to that git repo to fix this. Looks like Jeff Mckenna does. Reassigning to Jeff.
