Description

Attempts to change default version or milestone results in a POST that never receives a response.

Figured and fixed: default ticket version/milestone is only written in the trac.ini, so for the UI to be able to change it the local trac.ini must be writeable by the webserver user.

I made env configs writeable for all instances now.
