Trac stats plugin uses bogus url to fetch javascript code

... or so it looks judging from the logs:
HTTPNotFound: 404 Not Found (File jquery.flot.time.min.js not found), <RequestWithSession "GET '/chrome/stats/jquery.flot.time.min.js'">, referrer 'https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/stats/code'
It only happens in grass, which is the only one with the "stats" plugin enabled (handling the /stats request.

Fixed by upgrading plugin to 0.6 - wiki updated to reflect the change
