Hi, We are currently starting up QGIS-Sweden and was wondering if it would be possible to set up an email list for us (qgissverige@…).

Even we have a nice variety of case combiantions, we are naming all qgis regional/language groups using something in your case would be qgis-se-user [at] lists.osgeo.org.
Can you share the e-mail of the associated admin for this mailing list?
