Update service provider editing instructions

Description
According to http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Service_Provider_Directory#Editing_Entries editing entries implies filing a ticket here with Component=Service Provider Directory
But no such Component exists. So...
1) How to request entries updates ? (wiki need be updated accordingly) 2) How to actually update entries ? (database access instructions..)

The service providers directory has been replaced by the website. Service provider can request access to create and maintain their own page.
