Description
Because some users have troubles resetting the password via:
http://www.osgeo.org/osgeo_userid
I created a visual help at: https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Osgeo_Userid_Help
I'm not able to edit http://www.osgeo.org/osgeo_userid to link to the page, so either somebody with enough foo does this (adding a link to the help somewhere on the page). Or my userid is granted enough permissions to do this.

I have added a link named "Guide for this page" there in Drupal (http://www.osgeo.org/osgeo_userid).
It still needs to be added to the various translations of the page.
