Description
I've added a "Mailing Lists" component to osgeo trac. This ticket is to test it.
Default owner being a couple (Jorge + sac list) I'd expect a notification to go to both.

I've added smtp_always_cc = sac@lists... and left jsanz as owner of the new component

Ok, multiple owners is not supported by trac:
So we're only left with either
smtp_always_ccor simply keep SAC list as the only owner
