Description
The plugin recently got some fixes, some of which contributed by us (see #1694). This ticket is to upgrade the plugin.

Upstream SVN distribution fixed (url was https://svn.edgewall.org/repos/trac/plugins/1.0/spam-filter). I'm doing the upgrade.
