"jimmy" (see ​https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/2903#comment:2) is considered a spammer by StopForumSpam, just for his name ? 

    StopForumSpam (-4): StopForumSpam says this is spam (username [99.28])

We need to reduce the trust in such service

Fixed by reducing StopForumSpam weight with ​https://git.osgeo.org/gogs/sac/tracsvn-etc-trac/commit/32b8dd18406a999a4c905f05a46f987596570d40
