For the record, we're running an OLC capable version, but ppolicy.ldif is *not* present.

Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS ships a ppolicy.ldif within the slapd package, together with the same ppolicy.schema included in the package installed on ldap.osgeo.org (md5 c1b0752b583f71aa2d536888cf1716ee). I'm attaching the ppolicy.ldif to this ticket, as it doesn't seem to be easy to generate.

ppolicy.schema already exists on the machine, so only needs to be enabled. Martin, when would you be available to assist on this ?
