Unsolvable captcha for MediaWiki editing

Description
On wiki.osgeo.org the captcha is sometimes:
"What is the acronym of the organization running this wiki? "
Neither "osgeo" nor "OSGeo" are accepted as answers.
Quite an experience to live in fear, isn't it?

Madi reported "OSGEO" doesn't work either. I've added the "beginner" keyword to make this a candidate ticket for students (see https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/discuss/2017-September/036217.html)

Sorry, this has been driving me crazy too, I just hit it again now. I fixed it in the 'LocalSettings.php' file on the server: it was actually expecting the text "OSGeo Wiki", I changed that to "OSGeo". Sorry students, I could not wait! Please verify this fix.
Christian was it not you installing/enabling the captcha module ? Or can anyone else tell how does it work ?
