I've changed the LDAP password for both of those users, and will send an email. If they are a real person they will need to email back to have their password reset to something they can use.

Anyone have any idea how to tell when an osgeoid was created (to know if it's a new account)? Or how to block or blacklist on the Trac side.

Fyi, this change might not affect if the user is currently logged in. No idea how to boot them and force a new login.
