Request for a private gogs-admins mailing list

This ticket to request creating a "gogs-admin@…" private mailing list for use as the contact email for any gogs administrators. I (strk@…) can play the owner role for the list, as a start. Subscribers would need to be approved (as to match actual administrators of the service).

The email will be used to register service accounts so will probably receive password resets and the like, meaning anyone with access to the list will be at all effect an administrator of any gogs-related service.

There's no problem with the address being gogs-admins@… if that's simpler.

List created Sandro, I'll send you the details so you can configure it further. So far list is moderated, hidden from the mailman overview page, etc.
