fix sudo warning on adhoc

On the ​Adhoc VM, when issuing a command via sudo, I get the following warning:

tomkralidis@adhoc:~$ sudo ls
sudo: unable to resolve host adhoc
[sudo] password for tomkralidis:

Note sure if /etc/hosts needs to be updated to have something like:

127.0.0.1    localhost.localdomain localhost

140.211.15.84	adhoc.osgeo.osuosl.org adhoc
