Clarify Ownership of geotools.org

James Macgill (former benevolent dictator) received the following email but is not the best contact name to be on the DNS records. I think that we (the GeoTools PSC) passed management of the domain over to OSGeo awhile ago. Can anyone confirm that OSGeo manages the domain? and if yes can they update the domain info.
