Description
- for the wiki user jmckenna (http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/User:Jmckenna)
- need to be added to the "bureaucrat" group (see http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php?title=Special%3AListUsers&username=&group=sysop)
This must be done by someone who has rights to this page: http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php?title=Special:UserRights (another "bureaucrat")
