rename owslibjs mailing list

Hi,

sorry for this, but current members of the the list lists.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/owslibjs agreed on

that we would like to rename the list to

owsjs (at) lists.osgeo (dot) org (so leave out the 'lib')

add [ows.js] into subject line

with all current users re-registered

If no other mailman admin takes this I'll try to change it next week. Take in mind that changing a list name is a tricky thing, but it's documented

Renaming done, list updated with archives and members and nabble archive as well.

Emails sent to the new mailing list get logged to ​http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/owsjs-f5153524.html but not ​http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/owsjs/2014-August/thread.html

Closing, mails are being archived by mailman.

No idea about what exactly happened, though.
