Can I confirm that the alias cro@ only goes to Jorge and myself? I saw responses from someone not currently a CRO. How could that happen?

I can confirm that the cro@… alias in /etc/aliases on lists.osgeo.org goes to only jsanz and jmckenna. Who else responded? Perhaps they were cc:ed or bcc:ed on an email?

Well two things:
1) Yesterday I sent a first test mail to cro that I didn't received so I logged to lists.osgeo.org and added myself to the alias file and rerun newaliases. Strange that Frank told that I was there, but anyway I didn't update here because after a second and successful test everything was OK. So now I know how that system works.
2) Jeff, check below the e-mail Tyler sent, he was answering my mail to the Charter Members list, not the CRO test. It was just a Top Posting problem :-)

I removed Cameron Shorter from alias. If there is no better option, I'll stay for CRO alias until new officer is assigned for next elections.

Jorge I've added 'Elections' as an agenda topic for the next Board meeting, it would be good to talk together of this whole process and agree on steps for 2015.

Oh ok, I'll remove that topic from the agenda now (we'll tackle that at a meeting that you can attend).
The change is made in /etc/aliases on lists.osgeo.org, and newaliases has been run.
