to keep pace with the increasingly growing Portuguese QGIS community, we ask to please open the qgis-pt mailing list. The matter was already discussed in the osgeo-pt list and most of people that eft feedback do agree that it is time to move the qgis discussions in a separate list.

I've assigned Alexandre and Nelson as admins and forwarded the list password and instructions to fix the list phrase and description.

And BTW I concur with Hamish that OSGeo Live needs more Portuguese care, apparently my appeal at Geocamp.pt 2012 was not followed at all :)

We know, but the community here is struggling overall, so don't be particularly surprised. We will try to shake things in the near future.
