Description
Robert, could you please create new icon for QGIS "Create and Fill Ring" digitizing tool. This tool encapsulates two tools: add ring and create polygon.
It creates new ring in polygon and then automatically fill hole with a new polygon.

Hi Robert! This still valid, icon from commit you mentioned is temporary one. I created it using some existing icons, it has no SVG original and also looks not so good as yours.

Reading such posts [1] I have an impression, that we have too many similar icons (eg.polygon related). Is it time for higher diversity?

Regarding some similarity among icons I think it is better to raise this in QGIS developers (and maybe QGIS UX) mailing lists. Personally I'm fine with current icons, but if there is a possibility to improve them let's do it.
