hotmail issues

FYI as you are probably aware hotmail users are having issues with OSGeo mailing lists.

Here is correspondence from Hotmail:

I advise you to contact OSGeo domain for this issue. It is possible that domain are blocking Microsoft account that's why your email was being blocked.
