Create a css for priting

Description
When somebody want to print a page (for exemple, the how-to install mapguide) he has to print the column in the right and in the left which are not useful.
This css can hide this column (display:none), change the width of the page to A4 format or similar.

CSS has been created and available in main site. http://www.osgeo.org
a little bug with Internet Explorer for the left margin is still present.
