Ulises Ibarra has requested me to provide a mailing list for the new Mexico local group of Geoinquietos (the name given to local geo meet ups in Spain and South America). More info of this group at http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Category:Geoinquietos_M%C3%A9xico_DF
I'll admin with him the mailing list, to give him support if needed.
I'll create the list and nabble archive also ASAP.
