The task is about importing libcurl to private package under libs\libcurl.
The original sources cURL/libcurl will be taken probably from current CVS HEAD.
After original sources are imported, it's ready to upload libcurl/cURL port to Windows CE.

In fact, the command line tools of cURL won't be ported or used, but the library is critical for MOSS4G, so let's stick to the libcurl only.

Better place for the cURL package would be libs\curl because it will be complete cURL, not only its library.
