MapContext MapServer
Starting with version 3.7, MapServer supports OGC Web Map Context specification.
Definition
A map context is an XML document that
- describes the appearance of layers from one or more WMS servers
- can be transferred between clients
- maintains startup views, the state of the view (and its layers), and stores additional layer information.
