Update the doc related to wfs_geometry_element_name

Description 

This metadata is not used any more starting mapserver 4.1. In the recent 
versions, the layer type is used to output the geometry name.

Um... is there a good reason why we had to get rid of this optional metadata?
Was it causing a problem?

It was done during the validation of mapserver for OGC testing. It seems that 
using the standard GML geometry properties to refer to geometries is the valid 
way og soing it (gml:pointProperty, gml:lineStringProperty, 
gml:polygonProperty)

The dev version of the doc has been updated to remove references to the
'wfs_geometry_element_name' metadata parameter.
