Point, Line, and Polygon shapefiles with just enough data to support the
MapScript test scripts.

Have created point, line, and polygon shapefiles with one feature each and
a map file.  Thinking of adding them to a mapserver/tests directory.  Steve,
are you OK with this location?

Alright, finished and committed to CVS (main).  

Python MapScript tests (62) now run against the new testing config file
and dataset.
