Description
The only document for RFC 36 is the RFC itself, which is not even particularly complete. I propose to add a new "Template Output" section to the "Output Generation" section of the documentation to document the appropriate template tags (this doesn't really belong in the mapfile->templating section IMHO). Also various examples.
I will provide a patch with this documentation.

I've attached my documentation for RFC36-style template output. Arguably the documentation for the [] tags belongs in mapfile->templating page... Or perhaps on both? I don't really care where it ends up but I know there are some things documented her which are not clearly documented in the RFC (I found them in various e-mails and in the source code). Also, there are a lot of examples here but I think they are valuable.
