wrong latlonboundingbox in getcap wms request

hi i use mapserver on windows beta 3.0. i build som map files the use epsg:28992 data. because i'm new to mapserver i directly ran into a known issue. my wms was not at the right place on the earth. it was shifted. ​http://trac.osgeo.org/geotiff/ticket/22 did solve this problem. i adjusted the epsg file in mapserver\ms4w\proj\nad\ Now my wms was in the correct place, but the latlonboudingbox in the getcapabilities request still isnt changed accordingly. ​http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/ticket/2578 seems to solve this in one of the c files .. but i doubt if that's in the mapserver 3.0 beta package for windows. Is there a solution for this problem? Or is there a way i can create the c file for windows.
