Description
Be able to support a parameter called angle as a vendor specific parameter. It would behave as the current angle parameter that can be set at the map level.

Added vendor-specific ANGLE param in SVN trunk r9847.
Note that the angle value is in degrees clockwise.
Raassegned to docs: this needs to be added to a vendor-specific section of the WMS HOWTO.
