I've had someone test with a 5.4.1 and worked there. I tested with 5.6.1 in addition to trunk, and failed.

Let's file a separate ticket on the negative numbers for OFFSETs. I can't think of changes offhand that would have impacted this but who knows. What renderer are you using (AGG or GD)?

Using AGG. But I think the problem could have been due to having lots of classes. Should be around 77 for countries + 7 or so for region. Now I changed strategy, but to augment the chances of reproducing try using around 100 classes (all named)
Same vertical flipping for the LEGEND LABEL OFFSET. Also, negative numbers are not supported for OFFSETs
