When a GetFeature with a "disjoint" spatial filter that defines a geometry that does not match any coordinates of a shape, must trigger a response from the server that returns this shape

Description
A GetFeature request that contains a "dwithin" spatial filter that defines a geometry where none of its coordinates matches a shape on a layer, when sent to a WFS 1.0.0 server, must trigger a response that will return this shape. Actually no feature is found.

Correction: The spatial filter in the ticket description should be "disjoint" instead of "dwithin".
Test 6: The coordinates of the spatial filter are: 500225,500150 500355,500145 and the shapes' coordinates are: LINESTRING(500125 500025,500175 500075)
