Bad colors of line symbols in RGB mode (GD 2)

Description 

Line symbols with SIZE>1 are displayed with black outlines in RGB mode. In 
PC256 mode the symbols are displayed properly.

Status: new → assigned 
Stepan: Have you tried this recently? There have been so many changes to
MapServer and GD in this regard I'm hesitant to look into it without
confirmation that it's still an issue. Please let me know.
