join with postgis table is not implemented

Description 

I have been trying to create a join using a postgis data table. 
Looking at the source code (mapserver 4.6.1) showed that this seems not to be 
implemented. (4.8.0 beta 2 as well)

I believe this is available in 4.10 now... (mappostgres.c)
