[MS Website] Remove added items from document

When you add an item (such as an image) to a document, all of the items are
listed at the bottom of the doc (see
http://ms.gis.umn.edu/docs/howto/cartosymbols).  If you have many items/images
it can look ugly:

...


If possible those notifications should be removed.
