This bug is a decription of the functionnalities that are supported in the 
first phase of the the SVG output support in Mapserver.

First of all the support was primarly added to support a goSVG ouptput 
(basically It is based on SVG Tiny specs and outputs specific goSVG 
informations based on settings in the map file).

 Attached is the first how-to to it. Note that this may change and should not 
be considered final.
