[PHP MapScript] Use imageObj defined in map.h

Description 

Steve has added a imageObj data type in map.h, and PHP MapScript should be 
modified to use this internally instead of carrying a gdImagePtr as it does now.

Marking as FIXED.  I double-checked in the code and this has been done a while 
ago.
