Description
At least the "LayerDefinition-1.2.0.xsd" needs the default values for InsertionPointX, InsertionPointY, Rotation and MaintainAspectRatio.
I have attached a patch for LayerDefinition-1.2.0.xsd, Walt indicated that he would not mind fixing up the Xsd in other places.
