Installer: Add top-level component so that CS-Map doesn't have to go in default location

Description

Currently, CS-Map will always be installed in the default location because we don't have a configuration option for it.

The three options are:

  • expose CS-Map in the UI and allow the user to configure the location
  • create an additional screen for the user to select the base INSTALLLOCATION
  • create a top-level component that allows the user to select the base ISNTALLLOCATION from the feature tree.

I prefer the third option.
