Main page of generated Web API documentation has invalid stylesheet paths

Description
When you generate the Web API documentation using doxygen, the main.htm file has stylesheet references to:
- $relpath$mg_open_source.css
- $relpath$tabs.css
Obviously $relpath$ is meant to be substituted but it is not.

What version of Doxygen are you running? This was a known bug late last year (I ran into it when trying to build the FDO docs)
