Installer: Add Maestro links

Description

Since we aren't bundling Maestro in the MapGuide installer any more, it would be a good service to newbies to:

  1. Present a download link for Maestro on the final page of the installer.
  2. Add a link to the Maestro home page to the Start Menu group
