Description
It would be useful to have an optional component that users could enable during install to copy .mgp files into the server packages directory, copy developer code samples into the appropriate web extensions directory, etc.

Installer now bundles viewer and devguide samples. Sheboygan dataset is still required. Shouldn't be a major ask for the user to download and load this package separately.

Can we host and maintain the sample data and developer code samples inside svn? It'll also allow us to fix some of the sample-related tickets floating around here.
