Deleting a Group from a MapDefintion breaks the map

Description
When removing a Group from a MapDefintion, the layers in the group are not removed from the map. Since the groups are missing, it can no longer be edited.
This fix should both make sure that the layers are properly removed, and make sure Maestro can open a broken MapDefinition.
