Convert typed collections in MaestroAPI to Generics

Description

The current API is based on .Net 1.1 semantics. After the update to .Net 2.0, it is now much easier to achieve this.

The foundation for the change is already complete, and based on the xsd.exe tool.

The change requires that the current modifications to the generated classes is identified and placed in partial class files, so the generated classes may be overwritten without dataloss.
