Update code and UI to be more like .Net 2.0

Description

After the upgrade from .Net 1.1 to .Net 2.0, all UI code should be split into partial files. All toolbars should be upgraded to toolstrips. The same goes for context menus.

This is now comitted, I didn't bother to split the files.
