Description
It would be nice if we could have API documentation for Fusion and the individual widgets, to complement the existing Server and Viewer API documentation. Does a doxygen-style tool exist to parse and generate documentation from javascript comments?

Those resources will be developed by the Fusion project, rather than MapGuide.
Yes, if you follow a certain commenting convention, you can extract API docs from JavaScript. The Fusion project uses NaturalDocs.
