Description
Use the DWF viewer over HTTPS. If you don't use the map for 60 seconds you won't get any more refreshes. A fix needs to be done in the DWF viewer and in the Web tier to fix this. This ticket is for tracking the fix in the web tier. Thanks to Walt for diagnosing this problem.
