Description

We haven't built MapGuide on Linux via autotools for a very long time, it's all done via CMake.

So to drop any notion that MapGuide on Linux can be built with autotools, we should remove all autotools files.

In 9982:

Remove autotools files. These files have been in a long state of disrepair and we build things on Linux via CMake anyways. No point maintaining 2 build systems on Linux
