Description

The current trunk data used to produce Sheboygan.mgp has an inconsistent manifest. As a result, the resulting package file is not loadable under the normal methods.

In 9598:

Fix inconsistent Sheboygan package manifest. The fix was done by loading the package with Maestro in non-transactional mode, and re-creating the package using the Site Administrator, and then extracting the package contents back out to MgDev/UnitTest/TestData/Samples/Sheboygan.

The regenerated manifest is XML formatted to make future diffs easier to comprehend.
