Overview Map offset with External Providers

Description
The box showing the current location in the Overview Map widget gets offset (incorrectly) when you have External Providers enabled. If you turn off the commercial layers, the map works fine and the box is where it should be. The second you enable the external providers, the box jumps to a new (wrong) spot.
